BOCA RATON, Fla. - For the first time in program history, Florida Atlantic University baseball fans will be able to watch selected home video streams live, provided by FAU athletics.
Through BoxCast, a live high-definition streaming platform, fans around the world can enjoy FAU baseball action on their computers, tablets or smartphones, free of charge.
Links for each of the streamed games will be available at http://www.fausports.com/baseballstreaming.html and on the baseball schedule page and will be slated the week prior to each selected contest.
FAU's Brandon Goodwin returns for a second season to provide the play-by-play commentary.
The Owls open the season with a three-game series against Connecticut beginning on Friday, Feb. 13 at 6:30 p.m. That contest, along with Sunday's matchup at noon, will be the first to be streamed live. The Owls will also face UConn on Saturday at 4 p.m. You can follow that game as well as all other FAU baseball games via GameTracker. Live updates will be available on twitter @FAU_baseball.
