Baseball Game at FGCU Moved to Wednesday

Boca Raton, FL - The Florida Atlantic University baseball team will have to wait one more day before having its rematch with No. 29-ranked Florida Gulf Coast University, as the mid-week game in Fort Myers has been moved to Wednesday, April 10 at 6:30 p.m. The game was originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 9.
FAU has a 21-11 record and is tied atop the Sun Belt Conference (SBC) with an 8-4 league record. The Owls defeated FGCU on February 26, 9-8 in Boca Raton.
The Eagles are ranked No. 29 this week by Collegiate Baseball, have a 20-8 record for the season and are tied for first place in the Atlantic Sun Conference with a 6-3 league mark.
Live statistics of the game will be available at www.fausports.com. There will be no broadcast of the game.
After concluding the current four-game road trip, Florida Atlantic will return home to host Middle Tennessee State University for a three-game SBC series this weekend.
