FAU Softball Stadium Wins Turf Award

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The FAU Softball Stadium was awarded the best turf award by the Florida Turf Grass Association. The annual award was handed out in Orlando. FAU Softball Stadium houses the most successful program in Florida Atlantic's history.

The Owls, who have won 10 postseason conference championships, play on a field that is distinctive for the palm trees lining the outfield fence. The softball field has also been selected as a finalist in the Sports Turf Managers Association Best Field Award.
