Football Sheds the Pads for Wednesday's Practice

BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University's football team shed the pads for Wednesday's practice, one of just two left before the Owls play host to Troy University, 2 p.m. Saturday, on ESPNU.
Wednesday began with punt and punt coverage followed by "indo" work, installing the running game and defense against Troy's running game. FAU then went into seven-on-seven, team and punt return work. The Owls received an early dismissal after their enthused work.
