Sajous and Vardag Represented FAU at NCAA Fall Regional

Boca Raton, FL - Olivier Sajous and Daniel Vardag competed at the NCAA Regional hosted by the University of Kentucky last weekend in Lexington, KY.

The two freshmen were the first to represent FAU at such a prestigious event.

Sajous fell to Mississippi State's Pjotrs 6-3, 5-7, 6-4 and Vardag fell to the nations' 40th ranked player Matic Omerzel from the University of Georgia, 6-4, 6-1.

The freshman duo then teamed together to face Morehead State's McLeod and Sorti in doubles, only to fall 9-8 (4).

The Owls will next compete at the UCF Hidden Duals scheduled fro Oct. 27-29 in Orlando.
