Tennis Finishes Fall Season With Wins

BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's tennis teams completed their fall schedule on Saturday with exhibition dual match wins over 2003 NAIA National Champions Northwood University. The men won 6-0 while the women downed the Seahawks 5-2.
On the women's side, Alena Dvorakova, Krystel Borg, Katherine Bartnik and Pia Terol notched singles wins while the teams of Dvorakova/Koksova and Borg/Bartnik both won to seal the doubles point.
The men swept all singles and doubles matches with F.J. Schofield, Antonello Magris, David Demers, Kevin Obletz, and Mauricio Paiz winning in singles while Schofield and Paiz won at No. 1 doubles and Demers and Obletz cruised 8-0 at No. 2 doubles.
