- Joined the ticket sales staff in October of 2023 after working the spring and summer with FAU’s corporate partner PlayFly
- In his role with PlayFly, Phillips served as a property assistant primarily constructing contract proposals for sponsorship deals, helping to coordinate sponsorships and facilitating meetings between FAU Sports Properties and potential new clients
- Worked the Fall of 2022 as a tournament operations intern
- Coordinated with vendors for the TimberTech Championship
- Part of the team who facilitated shuttle routes, inventory, purchases and emergency evacuation plans
- Summer of 2022 worked as an operations intern
- Worked in an effort to best accommodate membership through the club, lessons, camps, and day-to-day club functions
- Obtained an Associate of Business Administration degree in 2020 from Virginia Wesleyan
- Graduated in 2023 from Keiser University with a BS degree in Sport Management
