Education: Obtained a B.S in exercise and sports science from Nova Southeastern in May of 2021 and anticipates graduating from Florida Atlantic with a master’s of science degree focusing on exercise science and health promotion in May of 2024
Certifications: National Strength and Conditioning Association, Society of NeuroSports, AED/CPR by American safety & Health Institute
Academic Projects: August 2020-May 2021 worked with Dr. Corey Peacock and Dr. Pallavi Patel with the College of Health care Sciences
Memberships: Chi Alpha Sigma Student Athlete Honors Society (2020), Exercise science Student Organization (NSU) 2018-2020, Nova rowing team member 2017-21, earning Sunshine State Conference All-Freshman honors

- Joined the Florida Atlantic staff as July of 2022 as a graduate assistant with the anticipated completion of her graduate degree in May of 2024
- Time is focused with women’s soccer, softball and the FAU cross country and track teams
- Instrumental in coordinating training programs, conditioning workouts and the team’s nutrition guidelines
- Worked in an intern role for FIU during the summer of 2022
- Assisted with football running racks, speed sessions and velocity-based training as well as running summer lifting sessions for the women’s swimming and diving programs
- Served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach from January-May of 2022
- Designed, implemented and coordinated training programs for women’s soccer, cheer and the cross country teams in all aspects of the strength program
- Assisted with football and baseball and coordination of the intern program
- Designed and implanted the strength and conditioning as well as speed and agility programs for Olympic, professional, college high school and youth athletes
- Assisted clients with neurological impairments in regaining strength an neural control
- Worked with mixed martial arts fighters assisting in their strength and conditioning efforts
