2004: Played in every game and anchored the right cornerback position…once again, he led the squad in interceptions with six for 116 yards…recorded two interceptions against Illinois for a career-high 104 yards…recorded a tackle in every game and posted a season-high six at Texas State and a week later at Northern Colorado…also had two games with five tackles…credited with 11 broken passes…also had two blocks on special teams.
2003: Played in 13 games, missing the UCF game with a shoulder injury…ended his junior campaign as one of the most feared cornerbacks in the country…recorded double digit tackles in four games including the final two of the season, both play-off games…season high was 13 against Gardner-Webb…tallied an all-time season high five interceptions for a total of 123 yards…broke up seven passes, including two against Bethune-Cookman in the first play-off game of the school’s history…had a game clinching fumble recovery against Northern Arizona for a return of 25 yards…ended the season ranked 43rd in interceptions…honored as the I-AA Independent Player of the week following his Gardner-Webb performance…also earned second team I-AA independent All-Star, First Team All-South by Don Hansen’s Weekly Gazette.
2002: Showed outstanding potential…was listed nationally for much of the season in interceptions…played in every game…ended the season sixth in total tackles…had three interceptions set a new individual single-season record and is more than the entire inaugural squad combine…credited with 11 broken passes…had the program’s first interception returned for a TD…it was an 87-yard reception that ended the first half of the James Madison game and evened the score at 13.
2001: Sidelined
High School: Played for Tim Hatten at Haines City High school...earned first team defensive back honors for both the Winter Haven News and the Lakeland Ledger...named second-team All-State and first-team All-County...tabbed as a top-20 recruit in the state of Florida by the Grid Iron Report...had 21 receptions for 429 yards...scored seven touchdowns, two of which were defensive...also the 2000 Long Jump National Champion with a leap of 24'10".
