2003: Saw action in every game with the exception of UCF, a game he was projected to start...ended his junior campaign with 35 total tackles, including 22 solo and seven for a loss of a team leading 51 yards and was one shy of a team leading five sacks and led the squad with yards lost via the sack at 43...also credited with forcing two fumbles...moved from the right defensive end to the left side.
2002: saw action in each of the team’s 11 games…led the squad in both total sacks and sacked yards at 5 and 35…may be one of the leanest lineman, but has used that and his speed to the opposing quarterback…despite splitting time he finished fifth in tackles for a loss with six…his best outing was against Bethune-Cookman…a game that saw him record five total tackles, including three for a loss of 22 yards, all were sacks.
2001: Played in every game as a true freshman recording a tackle in every game, but one...recorded six solo tackles and earned an assist on 10 others for a season total of 11...had 1.5 tackles for a loss of five yards...was part of one of the team=s 19 sacks for a loss of three yards...deflected one pass and recovered one of the teams 13 fumble recoveries...best games were against Jacksonville where he had two assists, one a sack for a loss and against ranked Eastern Illinois he had one solo and three assist...his fumble recovery was in the season=s finale versus Albany (NY).
High School: Played for Ken Scott at Boyd Anderson High School...third-team All-County...elected to play at FAU to stay close to home and knowing he will help build a great program.
