Corporate Experience
Served as a strength coach at Champion Strength and Conditioning in Fort Worth Texas from March of 2021 until March of 2022, where he designed and implemented specific training and nutritional programs for adults and athletes based on individual goals and fitness levels
Worked three simultaneous months at F45 Training in Flower Mound, Texas where he was a group fitness trainer from March of 2021 through May of 2021
Gained his first experience as a personal trainer for Kanthaka in Dallas, Texas, where he provided in home personal training to clients through the Kanthaka app.
Professional Playing Career
Member of the USFL, which played in Birmingham, Alabama form March of 2022 through June of 2022
Worked with the Cincinnati Bengals the summer following his collegiate career (2019)
Collegiate Playing Career
Four-year letterwinner for the University of Virginia where he saw action in 43 games and scored 20 times for the Cavaliers
Rushed for 1,997 yards on 468 attempts for an average of 4.3 yards per carry. Tallied over 1,000 yards as a senior
Added 29 catches for 206 yards for one touchdown
Was an All-ACC honorable mention selection and played in the 2019 East-West Shrine game
Certifications
Holds certifications with NSCA as a certified strength and conditioning specialist, NASM as a personal trainer and the AHA in first aid/CPR certified
