- Collected three tackles, including one for a loss of a yard in his collegiate debut and the Owls' season opener at Maryland
- Had a huge punt block knocking it 24 yards into the end zone which was recovered by fellow defender Lawrence Johnson for a score and added a solo tackle and a tackle assists in the Owls' 561-14 win over FAMU
- Drew his first collegiate start in the FIU game and was credited with a tackle assists
- Three-star rated linebacker with a 0.417 composite ranking
- Listed as the 136th best edge prospect nationally and as the 222nd best overall player from Florida
- As a senior, ended the regular season with 11 sacks for a home-field playoff-bound team
- Through five games his senior season, he had tallied 41 tackles, of which 15 were for a loss and eight were sacks. Also credited with eight pressures, two forced fumbles, and one recovery
