Meet Jordan Helm
- Led the Owls in the "Swamp" with 11 tackles (7-4)
- Had six tackles (3-3) in the season home opener versus Georgia Southern
- Was second on the team with four tackles (2-2), including a half tackle for a loss of two yards in the Owls' 45-14 win over Fordham
- Led the squad with 15 tackles (12-3), including 1 for a loss of one yard at Air Force
- Had five tackles (2-3) and a pass break up in the Owls' 58-21 win over FIU in Shula Bowl XX
- UAB's work was cut short due to an injury, but recorded a solo tackle
- Ended his Charlotte game with nine tackles, including five solo, in the Owls' 38-9 road win
- Credited with an interception, five tackles and a pass breakup in the Owls' 28-25 C-USA win over UTEP

- Recorded six tackles in the Owls' 38-19 win at FIU in Shula Bowl XIX
