2010: Played in five games of his junior campaign...recorded five tackles...earned his first two at UAB, both solo, in the season opener...had another at Middle Tennessee and had two assists versus Troy...hampered much of the season with an injury.
2009: Saw action in 10 games...recorded eight solo tackles and nine assists...had three tackles versus Middle Tennessee and three against Arkansas State.
Motor City Bowl: Traveled with the squad and recorded a tackle assist.
2008: Worked into a rotation of deep corners...saw action in six games with his lone tackle coming in the Motor City Bowl.
2007: Redshirted.
High School: Played for Willie Snead at Glades Central High School, where he recorded 45 tackles, two interceptions as a senior for the state champions...two-sport athlete (football and track)...as a junior track star he was the state champion in the 110 high hurdles and the 300 intermediate hurdles to earn the Palm Beach Post Track Athlete of the Year.
