Coello Earns MLS All-Star Consideration

TORONTO – Former Florida Atlantic men's soccer midfielder Alonso Coello is on the ballot for this year's Major League Soccer All-Star Game. Voting is unlimited and runs until May 21 at midnight. Fans can cast their vote for Coello by visiting https://tinyurl.com/VoteforAlonso.
Coello is in his fourth season with Toronto FC after a four-year career with the Owls, where he made 38 starts and earned four consecutive CUSA All-Conference selections. This season, he has appeared in 12 matches for Toronto as a holding midfielder.
The 30th edition of the MLS All-Star Game takes place July 29 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The MLS All-Stars will take on the Liga MX All-Stars (the top division in Mexico).
