BOCA RATON, Fla. – Following six consecutive wins for Florida Atlantic softball,
Lily Holtje has earned a spot on the American Conference weekly honorable mention list.
This marks the second conference accolade for the sophomore for the 2026 season. Holtje reached base in all seven games the Owls played over the week, leading the team with seven hits, three of them doubles, and adding one home run, five RBI, five runs, and seven walks on a .609 on-base percentage.
With a home run, double and three RBI on Feb. 20 against UMass, Holtje was the difference maker in the Owls' 4-1 win. Facing Southern Indiana later that night, she recorded three walks. To close the weekend, she drove in a run and drew two more walks in the 5-1 victory over the Minutewomen.
Holtje currently leads Florida Atlantic in doubles (six), RBI (15), walks (15), and on-base percentage (.571).
