Every Sandy Owl Named to CUSA Honor Roll, 13 Awarded Academic Medal

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic beach volleyball had all 19 student-athletes earn Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition, with 13 Sandy Owls also awarded CUSA Commissioner's Academic Medals, announced by the league office on Friday.

Student-Athletes named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better.

CUSA COMMISSIONER'S HONOR ROLL

Recipients of the Commissioner's Academic Medal are awarded to student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better.

The Sandy Owls are 14-13 so far in 2025, earning ranked wins against No. 13/20 Georgia State, No. 14 Washington, and No. 17 FIU.

FAU wraps up regular season play this weekend at the NOLA Classic on Friday, April 18, and Saturday, April 19.
