The Owls are riding a two-match winning streak with a 4-3 victory at UTSA back on February 21 and a 5-2 victory over South Alabama on March 6. FAU is led by senior
John Bernard, ranked No. 106, who will enter Friday's match with a 4-4 record. Bernard shepherds a nine-member team that is comprised of five freshmen. Six of FAU's 10 matches thus far have been determined by a 4-3 score. FAU welcomed the return of graduate student
Jiri Jenicek, who saw doubles action a week ago after missing the first half of the season with an injury.
