Sandy Owls Ranked No. 16 in AVCA Preseason Poll

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic beach volleyball opens up the 2025 season on Friday, Feb. 21 as the No. 16 team in the nation in the AVCA Collegiate Beach Preseason Poll.

The No. 16-ranked Sandy Owls will kick off the season on Friday, Feb. 21 and Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Tampa Invite, taking on No. 14 Washington, No. 17 FIU, Tampa, and No. 13 Georgia State.
