BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic's Coaches Show, presented by Duffy's Sports Grill, returns Thursday, Nov. 20 at Duffy's Sports Grill of Boca Raton, located at 21212 St. Andrews Boulevard in Boca Raton. The show will air from 5-6 p.m. on Fox Sports 640 South Florida. The earlier time will allow fans to attend the men's basketball game scheduled for 7 p.m. versus Pacific or to watch the men's soccer NCAA Tournament match against UCF which will air on ESPN+.
Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley will open the show alongside the voice of the Owls and show host Ken LaVicka. The duo will also preview the upcoming UConn game, which is scheduled to kickoff at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22 and will air on ESPN+. Kittley and LaVicka will be joined this week by Wide Receiver Coach DJ McCarthy, a Boca Raton native who has built a special room under the direction of Kittley. In fact, starters redshirt junior Easton Messer, redshirt sophomore Asaad Waseem, and redshirt juniors Jayshon Platt and Dominique Henry are all enjoying collegiate career bests in 2025, with Messer, Waseem and Platt recording five touchdowns each and Henry adding another three. While they are all contributing to the assault on the FAU record book, Messer is also currently No. 2 nationally with 8.3 receptions per game.
