Owls Take First Road Trip of 2025

BOCA RATON Fla. – The Florida Atlantic men's tennis team will travel to Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex in Gainesville, Florida where they will face off against North Carolina Wilmington on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 12 pm. This will be Florida Atlantic's first road trip of the 2025 season.

The Owls hold a 3-0 record over UNC Wilmington. Their last matchup ended in a 4-0 Florida Atlantic victory. The Seahawks will be playing their first match of 2025 when they face the Owls, who are currently sitting at 0-1.

Florida Atlantic closed out their previous battle of the season against No. 56 Clemson with a 4-3 loss. The Owls fought until the end, initially winning in two of three doubles matches but later falling four to two in singles play. Senior John Bernard and sophomore Mark Havlicek each won their singles matchups for the Owls.
