BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic Owls wrap up their January home slate on Saturday, hosting the North Texas Mean Green for a 2 p.m. tip inside Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena.
- The Florida Atlantic Owls enter this weekend's contest at 9-11 on the season and 1-6 in AAC play.
- The Owls rank in the top 5 in the AAC in a few statistical categories as a team. The Owls lead the AAC in rebounds per game (41.2) and fewest fouls per game (13.8), in addition to ranking third in offensive rebounds per game (13.7), fourth in defensive rebounds per game (27.5), 3-point attempts per game (20.2), and 3-pointers per game (6.6), and fifth in 3-point percentage (.325).
- Mya Perry ranks fifth in the AAC in points scored and points per game and paces the Owls' offense with 315 points, averaging 15.8 points per game this season. Jada Moore ranks second on the team with 235 points, averaging 11.8 points per game.
- Stefanie Ingram ranks second in the AAC in assists with 103 and second in assists per game, dishing out a team-leading 5.2 assists per game.

- Lampkin also leads the Mean Green in rebounding and blocks. She has recorded 8.9 rebounds per game, ranking her second in the AAC in rebounds per game and total rebounds, and boasts a team-best 1.1 blocks per game this season, ranking eighth in the conference.
- Hardaway is North Texas' assists leader, dishing out a team-best 2.9 assists per game, while Wooten ranks second on the team, averaging 2.8 assists per contest.
- Wooten and Deck lead the Mean Green in steals. Wooten boasts a team-leading 31 steals, averaging 1.6 per contest, while Deck has tallied a team-best 1.9 steals per game this season.
- The all-time series between the Owls and the Mean Green is tied 11-11 all-time. Florida Atlantic holds a 6-3 advantage on contests played in Boca Raton. The Owls will look to break a three-game skid against the Mean Green on Saturday, with their last win coming on Dec. 29, 2022, which saw the Owls take a 66-61 win in Boca Raton. The Mean Green won the last meeting between the two teams, taking a 67-57 contest on Feb. 14, 2024, in Boca Raton.
- A big third-quarter rally fell just short for the Owls on Wednesday, falling 75-68 against the Charlotte 49ers.
- Four Owls registered double figures in the contest, led by Mya Perry and Stefanie Ingram.
- Perry finished with a game-high 16 points, shooting 33 percent (5-of-15) from the field, 33 percent (3-of-9) from beyond the arc, and 3-of-6 at the line, in addition to adding a team-high four steals, four rebounds, and three assists.
- Ingram finished with her first career double-double, scoring a team second-best 15 points and 10 assists. Ingram shot 50 percent (6-of-12) from the field, 33 percent (2-of-6) from 3-point range, and went 100 percent (1-of-1) at the line, while also adding a pair of steals.
- Alana Rouser and Jada Moore rounded out the Owls' double-figure scorers, recording 10 points apiece. Rouser also finished with a team-leading eight rebounds on the night.
- The Owls were strong in the third quarter, outscoring the 49ers 24-13 in the frame.
- Following Saturday's matchup, the Owls will close out their January slate on the road as they head to New Orleans for a rematch against the Tulane Green Wave on Wednesday, Jan. 29. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET inside Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse.
