BOCA RATON, Fla. - Florida Atlantic women's tennis plays just six matches on the road in 2024, with two scheduled for this week and one the following week. The Owls will travel to Tampa for a noon match on Friday, Feb. 9 versus host and American Athletic Conference member USF. FAU will then remain on the Sunshine State's west coast playing fellow AAC member North Texas on Saturday at noon.Â
FAU holds a 7-4 all-time mark and is a perfect at 5-0 on the road against the Bulls, but fell 4-3 a year ago at home. The Owls will look to even the UNT series at 3-3. FFlorida AtlanticU captured the last meeting, 4-1, at the 2021 conference tournament.
Court one has been held down for the Owls by
Panna Bartha. Bartha is a true freshman that has begun her collegiate career with a 5-0 mark. Juniors
Victoria Gomez O'Hayon and
Lexi Silna are both 4-1 on the season and have been a big factor in FAU's 4-1 start. Thus far in the young season, the doubles team of
Millie-Mae Matthews and Gomez O'Hayon are shepherding the squad with a 4-0 record.

Florida Atlantic will travel to Jacksonville, Florida to face in-state foe North Florida. The contest is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 24 at 11 a.m. All schedules are subject to change.
