BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic women's track & field team heads to Birmingham, Alabama for their inaugural appearance in the idoor American Athletic Conference Championships.
Beginning on Friday, the two-day meet will put a bow on a successful regular season for the Owls that saw several personal bests and program records set.

In previous last indoor season finale, the 2023 Conference USA Indoor Championship, the Owls left on top with
Jessica Lambert winning the gold medal in the 800m. The Croydon, England native recorded a time 2:08.54. FAU would also see success in the distance medley relay, setting a school record with a time of 11:47.45 to earn a bronze medal.
