BOCA RATON, Fla. - Florida Atlantic's women's track & field team has announced its 2025 indoor and outdoor schedule.Â
To kick off the indoor season in January, the Owls will travel to Gainesville, Florida, to compete in the back-to-back weekends in the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 17) and RADD Florida Invitational (Jan. 24-25).Â
On Feb. 7, Florida Atlantic will return to Gainesville to compete in the Celebration Pointe Indoor Classic before heading north to Boston, where the Owls will participate in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational. Florida Atlantic travels to Alabama to compete in the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships from Feb. 28 - Mar. 1 to close out the indoor season.Â
For the outdoor portion, FAU will make a trip to Miami to participate in the UM Hurricane Invitational on Saturday, March 25, and then make a trip back on March 29. In between the trips down south, some of the Owls will compete in the Raleigh Relays on March 28. In April, Florida Relays will take place in Gainesville on the 4th.Â
Four invites remain (USF Invitational, Wake Forest Invite, UCF Knights Invite, and UNF Invite) before the start of the postseason. The AAC Outdoor Championships will be in Charlotte, N.C., from May 16 through 18.Â
The NCAA Championships First Round will take place on May 29 through May 31 in Jacksonville, Florida, with the NCAA Finals in Eugene, Oregon, on June 11.Â
