BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic Owls close out their non-conference home slate on Friday, Dec. 13 as they welcome the Kennesaw State Owls for a 7 p.m. tip inside Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena and ESPN+.
- Florida Atlantic enters Friday's matchup at 5-4 on the season. The Owls are winners of two of their last four and will look to snap a two-game skid.
- As a team, the Owls lead the AAC in field goal percentage (.358), rebounds per game (42.1), and 3-point percentage defense (26.0), and rank second in fouls per game (15.3), third in bench points per game (22.1), defensive rebounds per game (28.1), and scoring defense (59.3), and fifth in offensive rebounds per game (14.0), 3-point attempts per game (19.7), 3-point percentage (.322), and 3-pointers per game (6.3).

- Kennesaw State enters Friday's contest at 3-4 overall and is just coming off a 64-42 win over Chattanooga.

- Harden and Berry also lead Kennesaw State on the boards, tallying 8.6 and 7.8 rebounds per game, respectively. Harden also leads the Owls in blocks, averaging one block per contest.

- The Owls battled tough but fell against the No. 9-ranked TCU Horned Frogs, 78-42.
- Mya Perry and Erin Rodgers led the way for the Owls in the contest, tying for a team-high 13 points.
- Jada Moore led the Owls on the glass, tying a career-best 11 boards, in addition to leading the team in assists with three.
- The Owls outscored the Horned Frogs at the line, 75 percent to 54.5 percent.
- Following Friday's contest, the Owls will head to Phoenix to close out non-conference play as they compete in the GCU Christmas Classic, taking on Georgia Southern, GCU, and Wright State.
