BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic volleyball kicks off a three-match road trip this weekend as they head to North Carolina to face off against the East Carolina Pirates on Friday, Oct. 25 and the Charlotte 49ers on Sunday, Oct. 27.
First serve on Friday at East Carolina is set for 6 p.m. ET, while the Owls will close out the weekend on Sunday at Charlotte at 12 p.m. ET.

- This past weekend, the Owls had two of their best games of the season, sweeping second-ranked Rice, 3-0, and knocking off previously unbeaten conference leader South Florida, 3-1.
- The Owls dominated the AAC weekly awards as Kaila Ru earned AAC Offensive Player of the Week, Madison Dyer was named AAC Defensive Player of the Week, and Victoria Hensley was named AAC Setter of the Week, marking her second award this season.
- As a team, the Owls lead the AAC in assists (956), kills (1,013), and attacks (2,763), and rank second in digs (1,200), third in assists per set (12.42), digs per set (15.58), kills per set (13.16), attacks per set (35.88), and fourth in blocks (165.5).
- Offensively, the Owls are led by Katelynn Robine and Valeria Rosado. Robine leads the Owls, averaging 3.0 kills per set, while Rosado ranks second on the team, averaging 2.8 kills per set.
- Rosado also leads the Owls in digs, tallying 2.64 digs per set, while liberos Isabelle Northam and Brianna Anderson follow just behind, averaging 2.46 and 2.33 digs per set, respectively.
- Victoria Hensley leads the AAC and ranks sixth nationally in assists with 827 and ranks 14th nationally and second in the AAC in assists per game, dishing out 10.74 assists per set.
- Kaila Ru is the Owls' blocks leader, averaging 1.33 blocks per set, while Madison Dyer ranks second on the team, recording 0.78 blocks per set.
- East Carolina enters Friday's matchup at 13-6 overall and 6-3 in league play. The Pirates are currently on a three-match winning streak, having earned wins over Temple, 3-0, Wichita State, 3-2, and Charlotte, 3-0.
- In the AAC, the Pirates rank third in hitting percentage (.232) and opponent hitting percentage (.190), and fifth in assists per set (11.85).

- Charlotte enters Sunday's matchup at 4-18 overall and 1-8 in AAC play. The 49ers are on a five-match losing streak, falling against Memphis, 3-1, UAB, 3-0, Wichita State, 3-0, Temple, 3-0, and East Carolina, 3-0.
- As a team, Charlotte leads the AAC in blocks (175) and ranks second in blocks per set (2.22) and third in service aces (122).
- The 49ers are led offensively by Kristen Birmingham and Jessica Ricks, averaging 3.30 and 2.38 kills per set, respectively.
- Birmingham also leads the 49ers in digs, recording 2.38 digs per set.

- The Owls will close out their three-match road trip next Wednesday, Oct. 30 as they head to Tampa to face off against the South Florida Bulls. First serve is set for 6 p.m. ET.
