Owls Head to Streamsong for First Fall Event

BOWLING GREEN, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic men's golf team begins its 2023 fall campaign in the Tampa area at the Streamsong Invitational.

The Lineup

Under new head coach Adrien Mork, the Owls' roster is a balanced mix of experience and youth. That will be on display this week as returners Max Sturdza and Jack Wehle book-end the lineup with three first-time starters in the two, three, and four spots. Freshmen Andres Atrio and NaShawn Tyson will get a look while junior Kaleb Palm makes his first start as well. The field will go off with a shotgun start on Monday at 8:30 a.m.

Hole 10: Max Sturdza
Hole 11: NaShawn Tyson
Hole 12A: Andres Atrio
Hole 12B: Kaleb Palm
Hole 13: Jack Wehle

The Course

The Black Course at Streamsong Resort features wide fairways and greens with extreme undulations. This week it will play as a par 73 at a yardage of 7320 yards.

The Field

The field features 12 teams and 65 individuals. Among the 12 teams are fellow AAC opponents Wichita State and North Texas.
