BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University women's tennis team (8-13) celebrated their seniors on Friday evening, and it was the seniors who shined versus FIU, ranked No. 38 nationally.

Senior Martina Kudelova, who played her program career high 109th match, teamed with freshman Carla Galmiche to captured court one double by a 6-3 score. Their doubles win evened the best two-out-of-three doubles score at 1-1, but FIU captured a close court two match and clinched the doubles point. Martina Kudelova Senior Day

FIU made quick work of clinching three singles courts to secure the match victory, but senior Katerina Filip, playing in her final home FAU match, prevented the shutout with a 6-3, 2-6, 10-8 win on court two.
