FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Florida Atlantic men's golf (+34) finished 14th at Wednesday's Mason Rudolph Championship in Tennessee. The tournament hosts, Vanderbilt, ran away with the team title at -34. Fresh off an appearance at The Masters, the Commodores' Gordon Sargent won the individual title at -17 by eight shots over Tennessee's Bryce Lewis.
- For the second time in three days, Guilherme Grinberg posted FAU's low round.
- The Sao Paulo, Brazil native started on the back nine and birdied 14, 16, and 17 to go out in -2, 34.
- Grinberg would finish T54 after signing for 70 (-1).
- Max Sturdza was the Owls' low finisher for the tournament, one shot ahead of Grinberg at +6 in a tie for 51st.
The Owls will take on Texarkana CC in Texarkana, Ark. for the Conference USA Championship beginning April 24.
