- Courtney Moon and Logan Mignery, as well as Alivia Orvieto and Kate McLaughlin paired up for the first time this season in the Sandy Owls match against No. 3 UCLA
- On match point on court four against the Bruins, Moon & Logan Mignerey made an honor call on a net violation at 15-14 Bruins that the official couldn't call to give UCLA the third-set win. That's true Owl sportsmanship and Winning In Paradise.
FAU will return to the Sunshine State next weekend as they head south on I-95 to compete in FIU's Surf N' Turf tournament on Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18.
