BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University women's tennis team will split the weekend, playing at FGCU on Friday at 1 p.m. and at home on Sunday at Noon versus USF.
The Owls are returning from two tough weekends on the road. Returning to the friendly confides of south Florida this weekend will pit FAU against teams that they faced as individuals in the fall. FAU will take a 3-5 record into the weekend while FGCU enters the contest with a 3-2 mark and USF is 1-1 on the year.
Sophomore
Millie-Mae Matthews holds a 6-1 record in 2023 and has proven to be a force to defeat holding a career 19-8 dual match mark. Senior
Martina Kudelova is 4-3, playing her fifth season and holds more games played as an Owl than any other player in the program's history.
NEXT UP
The Owls will play two on the road, the first at Furman, Friday, Feb. 17 at 3 p.m. and the second at Rice on Sunday, Feb. 19 at Rice.
