BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University women's tennis played their second match in as many days and fell to the visiting USF 4-3.

The match began at noon with FAU taking the doubles point shortly thereafter, but the singles play was a battle for nearly four hours. FAU's Carla Galmiche captured her match to even the score at 2-2 and then all eyes turned to courts five and six. Millie-Mae Matthews, who is 7-2 for the dual match season, captured her three-set match to even the score once more, at 3-3. USF would take court five and the match by the score of 7-6, 2-6, 7-6.
