Widiez Earns AAC All-Tournament Honors

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic junior midfielder Arthur Widiez has been named to the AAC Men's Soccer All-Tournament team, the league announced on Sunday.

Off a corner kick from Sebastian Zettl in the 50th minute of last Thursday's AAC semifinal against Charlotte, Widiez redirected home his first career goal. At the time, it tied the match 1-1. Charlotte would go on to defeat top-seeded SMU in Sunday's championship.

Widiez played in all 17 games this season, totaling just over 1200 minutes. He was named to the starting lineup 14 times.
