BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic men's soccer earned two American Conference Weekly Honorable Mentions this week. Center back Emil Lausten and left back Enzo Rabot were each recognized for the first time in their respective careers.
The pair combined on both Owls' first-half goals in Saturday's 4-3 win over Tulsa. Lausten finished off Rabot's corner kick delivery with a header in the 12th minute. Four minutes later, off a Rabot free kick, Lausten again converted a header to give the visitors a 2-0 advantage.
Rabot would add a third assist on a goal scored by Francesco Aiello in the second half. He became the seventh player in program history to record three assists in a single match.
The 4-3 victory extended the Owls' unbeaten streak to a program-record eight games. Next up is a home showdown with Temple on Friday at 7 p.m.
