BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University women's tennis team defeated Temple 4-0 Saturday afternoon to remain perfect at home.

FAU, which moved to 7-6 on the season, was all business while hosting Temple, who was dropped to 3-2 and played outside for the first time in 2022. The Owls have won their four in Boca Raton and are 4-0 at home in 2022.

The Owls captured the doubles point with wins on courts one and two. Then, it was a freshmen show with the freshman trio of Lexi Silna, Greta Schierone and Millie-Mae Matthews, who clinched the match, providing the three points needed under the clinch format.
