Brok Shatters Program Win Record

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida Atlantic University beach volleyball's Erica Brok made history on Day Two of the FSU Unconquered Invitational, winning her 67th career game to set a program record. She and Mackenzie Morris already own the most wins by a pair in FAU history with 62.
The 13th-ranked Owls (16-7) crushed Coastal Carolina in a weather-shortened 4-0 contest on Saturday. A tornado warning forced the cancellation of FAU's 2 p.m. matchup against No. 15 FIU, however.
With the win over Coastal Carolina, FAU secured a perfect 3-0 record at the FSU Unconquered Invitational. The team has won four straight overall.

Match One vs. Coastal Carolina
Coastal Carolina stood no chance in this matchup, as FAU jumped to two-set wins for three of its first four points. Brok and Logan Mignerey took a 21-17, 21-14 victory on Court Two, with the former breaking FAU's individual win record in the process. Savannah Pesante and Maylin Bouffard earned their seventh-straight win as a pair and their sixth to come in two sets. Courtney Moon and Abby Jackson collected another victory on Court Five, their fifth over their last six matchups. Jillienne Cangelosi and Kaila Dorish moved to 3-0 on the weekend with a two-set sweep of their own.
