MIAMI – The Florida Atlantic University men's soccer team (3-1-2, 0-1 in Conference USA) suffered its first loss of the season Saturday afternoon, as FIU (3-1-0, 1-0 C-USA) took down the Owls, 2-0. FAU outshot FIU, 13-9, but was unable to connect with the back of the net.

Alonso Coello Camarero for a penalty kick try. The kick hit the crossbar and the first half ended with the Owls trailing, 1-0.
