Brok, Morris Attain Top National, Conference Honors

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Another day, another award for Florida Atlantic University beach volleyball's Erica Brok and Mackenzie Morris. The CCSA named Brok and Morris its Pair of the Week on Wednesday, a day after they earned FAU's first-ever AVCA Pair of the Week honor.

Brok and Morris are a team-best 9-3 on the season and are riding a team-long six-match win streak. In this past weekend's FAU Beach Bash in Paradise, Brok and Morris went 4-0, including a victory over No. 1 FSU's Court One pair.

For their careers, Brok and Morris – who have played alongside each other their entire FAU careers – have 62 wins each, tied for the second most in program history and only four away from Gabrielle Dischler's record of 66. Their 62 wins as a pair is an FAU record and double the No. 2-ranked pair's (Nicole Grant and Nicole Navarro) 31.

Brok, Morris and the Owls next play at the FIU Surf & Turf Invitational, an event running Friday and Saturday in South Beach, Florida. An undefeated weekend from Brok and Morris would tie them for the most individual wins in program history.
