BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's cross country teams will compete in their final regular season race on Friday morning, the Florida State Pre-Nationals. Both teams will take part in the open race with the men's 8K beginning at 9:10 a.m. and the women following with the 6K at 9:45 a.m.

Last Time Out

The women's team logged a fourth-place finish at the UCF Invitational, which took place on the first of the month
UCF's course was a little bit short of a 5K, officially measuring at 2.9 miles
Madlen Kappeler led the way in 13th place in the field of 92 runners with a time of 17:30
Jordan Stevens captured 17th place with a time of 17:39
Five runners finished in the top 30 to tally 110 team points

Upcoming

The men's and women's team will compete at the Conference USA Championships on Saturday, Oct. 30 at 10 a.m. in Charlotte, North Carolina.
