BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's swimming and diving team will kick off the 2019-20 season in less than two weeks, hitting the pool on Sept. 28 for the first home meet of the season.

"The swimmers and divers have embraced the fast incoming class with open arms, and after a great season last year, our team is looking forward to training hard and improving on those results," said head coach
Lara Preacco. "This is an exciting time to be a part of the FAU Athletics family, and our swimmers and divers can feel it every day. They are pushing each other in and out of the pool and are showing great potential to continue to improve as we have in the last few years."
Â
The Owls will embark on the season at home against Florida on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 10 a.m. at FAU Aquatic Center. Also in the fall, FAU will host the Alumni & Family Meet (Oct. 19 at 11 a.m.), Indian River State (Oct. 25 at 3 p.m.) and Princeton (November 1 at 3:30 p.m.).
