Football Shows are Just Around the Corner

With the Florida Atlantic football team's first game just over two weeks away, fans will soon be able to learn all about the team in a variety of avenues: live and in person with head coach Lane Kiffin for the beginning of the Florida Atlantic Coaches Show, on Fox Sports Florida with "Inside the Owls Burrow" television show, and on the radio on Fox Sports 640 South Florida (WMEN-AM), The Andy Slater Show.
The weekly Coaches Show originates from Biergarten Boca Raton (309 Via De Palmas #90, Boca Raton, Fla. 33432) while being broadcasted live on Fox Sports 640 South Florida. This year's slate of shows is set to begin next Thursday, Aug. 22, featuring Kiffin with the host and voice of the Owls, Ken LaVicka, and will run from 6-7 p.m. The show will air live every Thursday throughout football season (with the exception of Week 8, when the Owls play Marshall on a Friday night, moving the live show to Wednesday, Oct. 16).
"Inside the Owls Burrow" returns for a fourth season this upcoming Monday, Aug. 19, with a special prime time airing at 7:30 p.m. on Fox Sports Florida. The show will re-air on Thursday, Aug. 22, at 4 p.m., and Saturday, Aug. 24, at 9:30 a.m. This episode will feature host Frank Forte going one-on-one with Kiffin. Inside the Owls Burrow will subsequently air on a weekly basis every Thursday at 4 p.m. and Saturday at 9:30 a.m., beginning on Aug. 29, exclusively on Fox Sports Florida.
Kiffin will also be featured weekly on The Andy Slater Show each Friday afternoon on Fox Sports 640 South Florida, during drive time in the afternoon (3-5 p.m.). This is part of FAU's new broadcast partnership with Hubbard Radio, which also will include all football and men's basketball games, home and away, on the flagship 640 station, as well as on the rest of the Hubbard Radio cluster (97.9 WRMF, 103.1 WIRK, X102.3, News-Talk 850 WFTL, Sunny 107.9 and Beatz 96.3).
