Zagerman Earns C-USA Co-Golfer of the Week Honors

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Sully Zagerman of the Florida Atlantic University men's golf team has been named the Conference USA Men's Co-Golfer of the Week.
Zagerman led the Owls to a second place finish at the FAU Spring Championship last weekend as the top finisher for the squad. The Windermere, Florida native finished in third place with 11-under par score for the weekend. On the final day, Zagerman carded a 66 which is tied for the fifth lowest single-round score by a FAU golfer in program history. His 205 through three rounds is tied for the third lowest in FAU history and he had the third most birdies of any golfer in the tournament with 17 total.
Zagerman's score helped the owls post a 26-under score of 838 for the weekend, which is the second lowest 54-hole score in program history.
It was the second career C-USA Golfer of the Week honor for the junior and the second of the season.
Zagerman and the Owls will be back in action on April 24-26 at the C-USA Championship in Texarkana, Arkansas.
