BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University men's basketball team will play its first two road games of the year at Miami and Alabama on Friday, Nov. 8 and Monday, Nov. 11, respectively.

Last Time Out: The Owls defeated Flagler 92-81 in their season opener on Tuesday night. Cornelius Taylor led FAU with 20 points, and he was joined in double figures by Karlis Silins (13) and Michael Forrest (12).

History: Miami has won 23 of the 24 meetings with FAU. The Owls' only victory over the Hurricanes was a 74-73 overtime win on Dec. 3, 2002 in Boca Raton.

The only time FAU played Alabama happened in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on March 14, 2002 in Greenville, South Carolina. The Owls led that game at the half before the Crimson Tide rallied to take the contest 86-78.
