Volleyball Ends Tournament Season by Hosting Owls Classic

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team will finish off its tournament schedule by hosting the Owls' Classic this weekend. The Owls will play San Jose State and South Dakota State at 12:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Friday, respectively. FAU will face North Florida at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Last Week: The Owls swept all three of their opponents at the DePaul Invitational last weekend. Ivone Martinez and Alex Cardona were named to the All-Tournament Team, while Massiel Matos won Tournament MVP.

History: FAU has only faced San Jose State once previously, with the Spartans winning that contest. The Owls have never played South Dakota State before, but do hold a 7-4 lead in the all-time series with North Florida.
