BOCA RATON, Fla. -- The Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team sent its three seniors out in style in a 7-0 victory over NJIT on Saturday as Remi Chancerel, Ignacio Jimenez and Arthur Stefani played on the home courts for the final time.
- Stefani and Anthony Schohn opened the match with a 6-0 showing against NJIT's Richard Rangga and Lukas Zvikas in No. 2 doubles
- Jimenez and Thomas Guy sealed the point with a 6-3 win at No. 3 doubles just before Chancerel and Gabriel Sidney also won 6-3 at No. 1 doubles
- Sidney's day ended early as his singles opponent retired, giving him a 6-2, 1-0 ret. victory in singles
- Chancerel then took care of business agianst Tomi Antoljak 6-3, 6-4 in No. 1 singles
- Freshman Jason Legall sealed the match in a 6-3, 6-2 win against Lukas Zvikas
- Jimenez topped Aleksa Petrovic 6-3, 6-3 to improve to 6-2
- Thomas Bugeaud knocked off Rangga 6-2, 6-4 in the No. 5 slot
- Stefani brought the the match to a close in a 6-4, 6-7, 10-8 victory in No. 4 singles, moving to 11-4 on the year
