BOCA RATON, Fla. â€" The Florida Atlantic University Men's Soccer team travels to UAB for a chance to improve its standing in Conference USA heading into the final week of the season. The Owls and Blazers will square off Saturday, Oct. 21 at 8 p.m. ET in Birmingham, Ala. Quick Hits
• With a win, the Owls could clinch a spot in its first Conference USA Championship Tournament
• FAU won last year's meeting 1-0 in double overtime in Boca Raton
• The Blazers (4-5-3, 0-4-1 C-USA) are 2-1-3 at home this season while the Owls (1-11, 1-5 C-USA) are 1-5 on the road. UAB has won its last two home games 2-1 against Central Arkansas and Georgia Southern
• FAU's offense in C-USA play has come from Carlos Sanchis and Felix Smith-Halle with two goals each, while Oscar Salas has also scored
• The Owls also continue their road trip at UCF Tuesday, Oct. 24 before returning home for their final two matches of the season
