Softball Receives Championship Rings

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Florida Atlantic University softball team recived their rings for winning the 2016 Conference USA regular season and tournament titles on Saturday. The ceremony took place at halftime of the men's basketball game against Middle Tennessee.
The Owls set school records for most wins to open a season (12) and longest winning streak (21) on their way to a second straight NCAA Regional appearance.
On Monday morning, seniors Amanda Wilson and Kylee Hanson surprised FAU President John Kelly with his championship ring.
