Quotable
"On the women's side everyone who completed the raced this morning improved from last week," said head coach Alex Smolka. "I am very happy with our progress, we are slightly ahead of where I thought we would be at this stage in the season. Things are looking good. We were happy with how our men ran, considering today was their first 8k of the season and a couple of them had never run an 8k before today. We are excited for the next few meets."
What's Next
The Owls have two weeks before their next competition, the Mountain Dew Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 24. The meet will be hosted by the University of Florida at Mark Bostick Golf Course in Gainesville.
