The men's and women's basketball teams have a handful of regular-season games remaining in 2015-16. Head Basketball Coaches Kellie Lewis-Jay and Michael Curry will take the opportunity to game-plan for this week when they participate in Monday's Florida Atlantic Sports Talk Radio Show. The duo will be joined by Head Softball Coach Joan Joyce.
F.A.S.T. is the weekly radio show which takes place at the Boca Raton Tilted Kilt, 3320 Airport Road, from 6-7 p.m. Join host Ken LaVicka, from ESPN 106.3. Lewis-Jay will open the show. Followed by Curry and Joyce.

The women's team, 11-13, 3-10 C-USA, will play host to Rice at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18 in a game that the team will celebrate Play 4Kay, which is the WBCA national cancer awareness game, in honor of former North Carolina State's Head Women's Basketball Coach Kay Yow. Monies raised from the game will benefit the Lynn Women's Health & Wellness Institute. The team will then host North Texas at 5 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 20.
Men's Basketball team, 7-19 overall and 5-8 in C-USA play, will be on the road this week when the Owls play at Rice on Thursday and at North Texas on Saturday. Both games are scheduled for 8 p.m.
Softball opened the 2016 season last weekend by hosting the FAU Kickoff Classic. The Owls finished the weekend with a perfect 5-0 record. Two Owls belted a homer and pitcher Kylee Hanson picked up two victories, two saves, while throwing a no-hitter and tallying 10.1 innings of no-hit play. The Owls will host a four-team Strikeout Cancer Tournament with playing beginning on Friday, Feb. 19.
